The movable guide sleeve is composed of a plurality of components, including a transmission shaft, a guide sleeve support frame, a guide sleeve outer wall, a slewing bearing, and a first and second timing belt. The spindle rotates through the first timing belt to drive the transmission shaft, and the transmission The shaft drives the movable guide sleeve through the second timing belt, so that the movable guide sleeve and the main shaft reach the same rotation speed, thereby minimizing wear and product precision of the raw material. The biggest advantage of the core machine structure is the slender shaft machining. The parts with high hardness and high product precision, but the tailings are long, it is easy to cause waste of raw materials.
 
The guide sleeve is not long, the front end of the spindle is lengthened, and the movable guide sleeve part is removed, so that it directly passes through the knife holder board. The biggest advantage of the core-cutting structure is that the tail material is relatively short, no waste of raw materials, but only suitable for the aspect ratio. It is not large, the material hardness is not very high, the raw materials are short, and the flat material that can not be fed by the feeder is used. When the workpiece is machined, it will encounter the problem that the tailings are too long. The tailings are between 120mm-180mm. This is the walking machine with the guiding device. The moving machine without the guiding device is actually the cutting machine. It can Shorten the problem of tailings.
